What single change could you make to your life that, without a doubt, would improve it?

Some people, especially younger ones, think that you can outrun death. You can't. Health, I am convinced, is predetermined largely by genetics. I am essentially a "cur-dog". My genetics mixed well in some ways, but I am defficient in others, primarilyh involving physical health.
Lifestyle, is the next biggest health determinant, I believe. Owing to converting to a religion early in young adulthood, caused me to avoid most of the pitfalls of health thereafter. And yet, due to those said genetics, and likely exposures to pollutants and toxins during my youth, military young adulthood, and to a lessor degree the rest of my life.
I am almost killed. But dead, I am not yet. If I could but rally to exercise my body sufficiently and regularly enough--it would increase my longevity and quality of life, maybe even improving it. My sagest advice to my onw children, would certianly be to implement a program of modest exercise as early as possible in life, and keep it up forever.
